Introducing H2AI: The AI Community for Operations Leaders

Introducing H2AI: The AI Community for Operations Leaders

The people running our companies will shape what AI actually changes.

The operations leaders who spot a better way to work. Who turn an experiment into something the whole team can use. Who connect the right people, processes and tools to make progress happen.

We’re launching H2AI to bring those people together.

H2AI is a private community for operations leaders making AI more useful at work. Through shared workflows, practical sessions and peer conversations, we’re building a network where people responsible for AI adoption can learn from one another and put that learning into practice.

Our ambition is simple: help the people running businesses become the people moving them forward with AI.

A shared ambition for AI at work

When you lead operations, you see where work gets stuck. The handover that takes too long. The same information entered in three places. The reporting that eats up Friday. The new tool everyone tried once and then forgot.

You can also see what could change.

Making AI useful means knowing which problems to tackle, designing workflows people trust and helping teams build new habits. It means asking whether the work is better, whether time is actually saved and whether the result is worth the cost.

H2AI brings the people asking those questions into the same community. The goal is for a lesson learned in one company to help another move forward, and for every member to have people they can turn to when they try something new.

Who is H2AI for?

H2AI is built first for operations leaders: COOs, Heads of Operations, business operations teams and the people responsible for improving how a company works.

IT leaders and hands-on founders working on AI adoption are welcome too. What connects us is responsibility for putting AI to use inside a business, and a willingness to share what we learn.

You do not need a technical background. Bring your experience, your curiosity and a real problem you want to solve.

What we’ll work on together

The conversations start with the work in front of you:

  • Better workflows: where AI can help with onboarding, reporting, internal knowledge and everyday tasks, and where human judgement still matters.
  • Team adoption: how to help colleagues get started, build confidence and keep using what works.
  • Tools and value: what is worth paying for, what you can stop using and how to measure the difference.
  • Responsible use: how to approach access, company information and clear ownership as AI becomes part of daily work.

Members can bring a question, share an experiment or talk through a decision with peers. A workflow that worked. A rollout that stalled. Something you would do differently next time. Those details help everyone get further.

A network built through real conversations

H2AI brings members together through a private WhatsApp community, practical workshops, dinners and member events. Our London socials create space to get to know the people behind the job titles, too.

Between sessions, the conversation continues: compare approaches, ask for a second opinion and share something useful while it is still fresh.

Membership is reviewed, and the private chat is a place for generous, honest exchange. No unsolicited pitching or spam. Members’ experiences stay within the community unless they give permission to share them.

Why I’m building H2AI

Through building ELI, growing TechBible and hosting AI events, I’ve met brilliant people working out how to bring AI into their companies.

I wanted to connect them. The person who has worked through a difficult rollout with the person about to start one. The operator testing a new workflow with someone who can help make it better.

That is the ambition behind H2AI: build a community whose shared experience helps all of us become more capable. People you learn from, people you can help and people you look forward to seeing again.

Help shape what AI looks like at work

If you’re leading operations and want to make AI more useful for your team, I’d love you to be part of H2AI.

Tell us about your role, what you’re working on and the AI challenge you want to solve. We review every application to keep the community relevant and the conversations valuable.

Let’s build better ways to work, together. 💛
